Andrea Salaris, Sommelier, and Andrea Granaris, Brand Ambassador Borgogno, will take you on a wine exploration of Piemonte's premier territory, Barolo. Angelini's Executive Chef Gianpiero Ceppaglia will present the culinary traditions of Piemonte with a four-course dinner paired with the exquisite wines from Borgogno, the most historic winery in Barolo.
